Returns (Effective Jan 2010 forward)
HOLIDAY 2009 (NOV-DEC)
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase needing to return or
exchange it, returns will be accepted on purchased NEW merchandise
(UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, UNALTERED ORIGINAL PURCHASE
CONDITION) until Jan 31, 2010.
WITH RECEIPT: America West Lifestyle, Inc. gladly accepts your returns
for exchange, or cash or credit refund with original receipt. Refunds are given
per the original type of payment.
WITHOUT RECEIPT: America West Lifestyle, Inc. will exchange ONLY
at last promo sales price for purchased merchandise for even exchange or
exchange returned items for items greater in price.
Return shipments are required to be INSURED and PREPAID. We do not
accept COD shipments. America West Lifestyle, Inc. will refund the total
transaction less shipping charges. Please enclose a copy of original receipt,
your contact information and note reason for return.
Custom/special orders, personalized items, clearance, clearly marked
"collectable" or "vintage" items purchased are FINAL SALE and cannot be
returned for refund or exchange.
America West Lifestyle, Inc DOES NOT issue store credits.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
In the unfortunate event your shipment is damaged, the following MUST be met
to file a valid damage claim. ALL damaged merchandise due to shipping must
be reported immediately upon delivery. ALL packaging and merchandise are
to be kept for inspection until instructed by America West Lifestyle Inc. or
shipping carrier agent authorizing disposal. We will work quickly to resolve
your claim with either a replacement of damaged merchandise or refund as
applicable.
